What is a Refurbished product?

Refurbished devices are pre-owned products that have been refurbished by our New Zealand based refurbishing and repairs division, our technical experts source pre-owned gadgets, put them through more than 40 quality checkpoints and make sure they are fully functional and ready for a new owner.

All products include a 12 Months Savvy warranty, so you can shop with confidence.

Our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in NZ.

The vast majority of our refurbished devices came from Trade-In programmes and overseas networks, which we were able to access thanks to our partnerships with major telecom operators and business partners.

Although we can't confirm the origin of any specific device, all devices have gone through our meticulous diagnostic process, are unlocked, and can be used with New Zealand Networks.

Each device that passes our stringent testing process before going on sale has a battery capacity that complies with the manufacturer's requirements.

Our products are categorised by cosmetic rating, such as As New, Excellent, Very Good, and Good, rather than battery capacity. But don't worry; everything on our equipment works as intended.

In addition to the savings, buying a refurbished phone is good for the environment, because it extends the lifespan of the device, keeping it out of landfills.

Purchasing a refurbished phone instead of a new one saves, on average, 45 kilograms of CO2 emissions and 34 to 40 kg of raw materials.

Almost all our refurbished devices only come with the device itself, in some cases we may include the original box and/or accessories however this is not guaranteed on all device purchases.

Shipping

If you live in the north island, then you should expect to recieve your package within 1-3 working days.

If you live in south island, then you should expect to recieve your package within 1-4 working days.

When your things are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order

Absolutely. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

You can use this site to check for any updates after receiving your tracking number.

Unfortounitly Savvy does not offer international shipping and can only ship with in New Zealand

Yes you can pick up your order from our repair and technical centre located in Mount Wellington, Auckland, please contact us immediately after placing your order in order for us to make your purchase available for pick up

Payments

On our website, you can safely pay with a credit card, PayPal, POLi, or a free instalment plan with layby.

Cash on delivery is not something we currently provide.

Please get in contact with us if you have any issues with the checkout process or are unable to use any of the payment methods we accept so that we can provide you alternative options.

Warranty & Refunds

Each product comes with a complimentary warranty of 12 months with Savvy. Throughout the warranty period, the warranty covers all product flaws, such as hardware defects (excludes physical and liquid damage).

During the warranty period, we may repair, replace or refund (up to the original purchase amount) after our technical experts assess and confirm the reported faults.

Unfortunately our warranty does not cover any physical or liquid damage, however we do have a refurbishment and repairs division and are able to provide you a quote for the cost of repairs.

Alternatively, you can trade-in your device for credit or cash refund.

Change of mind return requests would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A change of mind return is at sole discretion of Savvy and in some cases a re-stocking fee may apply.
